1 PRODUCTION

Our pieces are custom made for each bride. Please allow 90 business days (approx. 4 months) months for delivery. For expedited orders, please email us at care@byelora.com.

Local measurements, fittings and all adjustments can be accommodated in Melbourne and Sydney. All other locations will be conducted online. 

All products are handmade to order, minor variations should be expected as part of the artisanal process.

2 SHIPPING

Once your garment is complete our team will in touch confirm delivery address. All international orders will be shipped via DHL and delivery is anywhere between 1 to 7 days.

Domestic orders are shipped by Express Post via Australia Post. Delivery times range from 1 to 7 days depending on where in Australia you are located.
